Herbal nootropics are plants that improve memory, strengthen the mind, support cognition, and enhance intelligence, improving one or more aspects of mental function, such as working memory, motivation, or attention. The word nootropic was coined in 1972 by the Romanian Dr. Corneliu E. Giurgea, translated from Greek means "Turning of the Mind".
